frosted-pine-cone-picks-bundle-of-10-for-christmas-wreaths-and-garlands
Frosted Pine Cone Picks, Bundle of 10 for Christmas Wreaths and Garlands

Ten small faux pine cones on short frosted stems, gathered into one bundle. They are realistic-looking cones, not real ones, in a mix of sizes and styles, with a white frost dusted over every scale so the dark brown underneath still shows through. Each cone is about an inch long, which is exactly the size to tuck into a wreath or a fir garland, stand in a bud vase, or lay across a folded napkin when the table is set for Christmas dinner.

Real full-size pine cones are lovely in a bowl by the fire. Anywhere smaller, they take over. These are made for the places that want a lighter touch.

Small enough to sit among the needles, not on top of them

A wreath or a garland is mostly fine detail: needles, berries, the odd ribbon. Drop a three-inch cone into it and everything else disappears behind it. At about an inch, these sit at the same scale as the greenery around them, so they read as part of the arrangement rather than something added to it later.

Every cone has its own stem, and the stems are gathered and wrapped together at the base. That gives you a small, ready-made spray of ten. The bundle slides into a wreath, a jug or the twine of a parcel in one go, and the cones stay up where they can be seen.

Frost that looks like frost, with the cone still showing

The white sits on the upper face and the outer edge of each scale, thicker at the tips and thinner toward the middle, with the dark brown left showing in every gap between the rows. Up close it has the soft, slightly sparkling texture of a cold morning on a garden path. From across the room the bundle reads as frosted pine. Never as a cone painted white.

No two cones in the bundle are quite the same. Some are long and slim, others short and rounded, and seen from the tip end a few open out like a small rose. That mix is what makes the bundle look gathered rather than stamped from one mold, and it suits plain linen, pale wood, white china and fresh greens equally well.

One bundle, plenty of small jobs

Lay it across a folded napkin for a winter table, or tuck it under the twine of a present wrapped in brown paper so the parcel needs no bow. Stand it in a small jug on the windowsill, push it into the front of a wreath on the wall, or set it along a mantel garland between the candles. It also works on a winter wedding table, in a centerpiece for a seasonal party or in a simple arrangement on a side table. When the season ends, it packs away with the rest of the decorations.

Specifications

Type: Faux frosted pine cone picks, gathered in one bundle

Cones: Realistic-looking faux pine cones, not real cones, in different sizes and styles

Cones per bundle: 10, each on its own stem

Material: Pine cone

Finish: White frost over brown, cones varied in size and shape

Cone dimensions: About 1 x 0.6 in (2.5 x 1.5 cm)

Stem length: About 3.9 in (10 cm)

Stems: Frosted, gathered and wrapped together at the base

Use: Indoors, in wreaths, garlands, vases, gift wrapping and table settings

Package Includes

1x Bundle of 10 Frosted Pine Cone Picks

https://ridgewellliving.com/en-au/products/frosted-pine-cone-picks-bundle-of-10-for-christmas-wreaths-and-garlands
