A round wall clock made to live in a corner, with its face turned out into the room at an angle. It comes in two shapes, one for an inside corner where two walls meet and one for an outside corner where a wall juts out, and both hang on an adhesive mount, so the corner gets a clock without a single hole in either wall.
No numbers. No drill. No ticking through the evening.
Most rooms have a corner doing nothing at all
The flat walls fill up quickly with shelves, pictures, a mirror and the television, and the corners are what is left over. A normal clock cannot go there, because a flat back needs a flat wall, so the corner stays empty while the clock fights for space somewhere more crowded.
This one is built the other way round. Its back is shaped to fit a square corner, and the face sits across the angle like a small round window. It turns a few inches of wall nobody uses into the place you look for the time, and because it faces out of the corner rather than along one wall, you can read it from either side of the room.
Inside or outside, and how to tell which corner you have
The Inside Corner clock is for the corner you see when two walls meet and the angle points away from you, in an alcove or beside a desk. Behind its face is a hollow wedge that fills the corner, so from the front you see only a thin edge of the body.
The Outside Corner clock is for the edge that points toward you, where a hallway turns, a column steps out or a wall ends beside a doorway. Its back has a V-shaped notch that sits over that edge, so the body wraps around the corner and looks deeper and rounder from below. They are two different shapes, so pick the one that matches your corner.
It hangs in a minute and leaves the paint alone
Set the time and fit the battery first, while the clock is still in your hands. Then peel the backing off the adhesive mount, press it onto the corner with the hole facing up, and slide the clock down onto it. The mount takes the weight, the back rests against both walls, and nothing needs measuring or leveling beyond checking that the corner is square.
Printed in layers, and you can tell when you look closely
The whole body is 3D printed in PLA or PETG, built up one fine line at a time, and nothing is painted on afterwards. From across the room it reads as a smooth matte shape, and up close you can see faint rings across the dial and fine lines along the rim. The color is the material itself, all the way through.
The dial is plain on purpose, with a soft raised rim, three slim hands and a small brass-toned center, so the shape of the clock does the work. The quartz movement sweeps rather than ticks, which makes it easy to live with in a quiet room.
Six colors, from quiet to loud
The Black and the White disappear into most rooms and let the shape be the detail, with pale hands on the Black and dark hands on the White so the time stays easy to read. The Orange, Blue, Red and Pink work nicely where you want the corner to be the first thing you notice, against a pale wall.
Either way, the empty corner finally has a job.
