Multi Purpose Storage Bins with Handles in 3 Widths, Single or Set of 12

A tall, narrow open bin that stands on the shelf with its end facing you, a cut-out handle at the top of that end and another at the back. Set a row of them along a deep cabinet or pantry shelf and each one pulls out like a drawer. The bottle, the pan lid or the folder at the back comes forward with everything else in its row. They come in three widths and two colors, singly or as a set of twelve.

No reaching past the front row. No lifting four pans to get to the fifth. Pull one out by its handle, take what you need and slide it back.

A deep shelf that works like a set of drawers

Kitchen cabinets and pantry shelves are deep, and whatever stands more than one row back is out of sight and awkward to reach. Each bin is 13.3 inches long, so it runs from the front of a typical pantry shelf most of the way to the back, and everything in it travels together when you draw it out by the handle.

The long sides dip low in the middle, so you can look in and reach down from above without taking anything off the shelf at all. Pan lids, cutting boards and a bamboo steamer stand on edge instead of lying in a pile. Oils and sauces stand upright in a line, and the row of slots in the end lets you see what is in there before you pull it.

Three widths that line up as one row

Every size is the same 13.3 inches long and 10 inches tall, and only the width changes, from a slim small one to a large one nearly twice as wide. A mixed row therefore stands level along the front of the shelf, with a slim bin of spice bottles beside a wide one of lids and boards, and the handles all sit at the same height.

When they are empty, the three sizes nest inside each other, the small inside the medium inside the large, so one of each takes up the room of a single bin until a shelf needs them.

Kitchen first, then the rest of the house

Stood upright, the same bin keeps magazines and paperbacks together on a bookshelf, holds files and document boxes on a desk, and lines up bottles in the cupboard under a sink. White is fully opaque, and it disappears against white cabinets and shelving. Gray is a translucent smoked plastic, so the shape of what is inside shows through in a softer tone.

The set of twelve is one size in one color. That is enough to fit out a whole pantry shelf or a run of kitchen cabinets in one order, at far less per bin than buying singles. After that, the back of every shelf is as easy to reach as the front.
