Two greens, and the difference is not how dark they are

Dark Green is a mix of two tones along its whole length: deep, slightly grey-green tips sit right beside fresh, lighter green ones, the way a real pine bough carries its new growth at the ends. Up close it has depth, and from across the room it reads as a cut branch rather than one flat block of plastic green.

Green is a single soft green on every tip, with the needle ends a shade paler. It is the calmer of the two. It suits white walls, pale wood, linen and the quieter rooms where a strong two-tone green would stand out too much. If the rest of your decorations are traditional, Dark Green is the natural pick, and if they are mostly white, cream and natural wood, Green sits in more easily.

A long run for the mantel, a short swag for the door

The Long garland is 75 inches of thick greenery carrying 168 pine tips, which is enough to run the full width of most mantels with the ends trailing a little over each side. It also sits well along a sideboard, a window ledge or the top of a headboard. The Long comes in Dark Green.

The Short one is a 24-inch swag about 8 inches across, with 42 tips that hang downward from a bare stem with a small loop at the top. Hang it on the front door, a cupboard handle, a wall hook or the end of a stair rail, wherever a wreath would feel like too much. It comes in both greens.

Indoors or out, and ready again next year

The garland is made for indoor and outdoor use, so the same piece can dress the porch one year and the fireplace the next. The tips are PE plastic, and the branches bend, so after unpacking you can fluff them out and shape the garland to lie flatter along a shelf or fuller on a door.

Because nothing dries out, there is no rush to take it down and nothing to sweep up when you do. Pack it away at the end of the season, and it is ready to go straight back up the following Christmas.
