Most beds have two settings, a heavy quilt or a bare sheet, and neither one is right on a warm night. This sits in between. It is 100% cotton, light and breathable, so you get the comfort of something over you without lying there too hot to fall asleep.

Because it is woven cloth rather than a stuffed quilt, it folds small and moves easily. Pull it up at night, fold it back over the end of the bed in the morning, or carry it to the living room and drape it over the sofa. A pattern that is woven in, with a different color on the back

The flowers, leaves and birds are woven into the fabric with dyed yarn rather than printed on top, so the design belongs to the cloth itself. The weave gives the surface a soft, gently textured look, and a striped border band finishes the edges on every pattern except Cream, which has a short fringe instead.

Turn it over and the back carries the design in a contrasting color, often a deep teal behind a light front. Fold the top edge down over the pillows and that second color shows as a band across the bed, or flip the whole thing when you want the room to feel different for a while.

Teal and Orange sets orange blooms and pale leaves against dark teal, with an orange border. Teal is a deep teal covered in white and pink flowers. Pink puts rose-pink flowers and blue lace motifs on cream. Mustard has large golden flowers and blue butterflies on cream, and Multicolor is a busy, bright mix of pink, blue, yellow and rust blooms.

Caramel is a cream ground full of tan, orange and green leaves. Navy has coral trees and gold palms on dark blue, the richest of the set. Cream is the quietest, with small songbirds on bare branches and a fringed edge. Green has trailing branches and blue hummingbirds on cream, and Peach scatters pink and orange flowers over a blush ground. The Small suits a smaller bed or the sofa, and the Large covers a wide bed.
